They have answered all my questions via phone and emails promptly. Their customer service is knowledgeable as well as courteous and friendly. Execution on the Currenex ECN is fair. Made withdrawal last week with no hassle. For the past two months i have already flipped my account 4.5 times and withdrawing everything except my initial deposit was a breeze (used paypal). I rate them five stars compared to many of the several US firms.
