I-Trade platform doesn't work registering through Razor's link. Can't login, error is 'Invalid Account'. But I opened one account more from I-trade platform and this one is working. Is this ok too?

Gentlemen,

Just sign up again using the Registration at the Trading Contests With Cash Prizes! link. It will give you a valid account number for the contest. This is just what I did.

Hurry, before the link disappears.

Good luck to all of us.

Thank you 'rlicuanan', but the whole action/contest is pretty unserious: After 24 hours when contest started there is no official information or instruction what and where to do for correct start. If technical support is the same on real accounts...

Hello December Trading Contestants,

There have been multiple posts here on the forum regarding contestant login and trading problems. We apologize for any inconvenience these problems have caused our members. Unfortunately, re-registering for the contest will not solve the problems.

The December Trading contest is jointly hosted by Forexrazor and iTradeFx, using iTradeFx's MetaTrader platform. We have been in contact with iTradeFx this morning. They are aware of the problems, but unfortunately, due to the holidays, these issues will not be resolved until tomorrow at the earliest. iTradeFx asks for your patience and understanding as these issues are being resolved.

We will keep all contestants updated via posts here, as iTradeFx updates us.

Carlo,
Normally, the confirmation email provided by iTradeFx is all the information / instruction that is necessary for the contest. You simply logon and trade. The start date is posted both on the contest registration page and in the first post of the "December 08 iTradeFx Trading Contest" here in the forum. In fainess, iTradeFx tech support is open on Sundays during trading hours. Unfortunately for us, our contest platform issues cannot be solved by them. They must be addressed by the iTradeFx IB department, which is not staffed on Sundays.

Anina,

Your platform from our link will work as soon as iTrade fixes the problem. Please be patient. We will notify everyone here on the forum as soon as the problem is fixed. No, a normal iTrade demo or account from iTrade will not work for the contest.

If you signed up for the contest using the Forexrazor contest link, it is your contest account. We are currently working with iTradeFx to fix the platform problems and ask for your patience until this is completed. A notice will be posted here as soon as the issues are resolved.

I can sign in and trade. The problem I am having is that a few of my trades closed by themselves.

Has anyone else had trades close on their own?

Hi Carlo,

No, the contest has not been restarted. It began on Sunday, the last day of November,  as stated on the December contest registration page.
