One thing about this system is when you miss out the opportunity to enter trade, do not attempt to trade even if it retraces back the supposedly enter price unless you see a confirmation from the MAs and MACD.

allan, what pairs have you tried this strategy on so far? Is it any good on our favorite pair gbp/jpy?

No, it doesn't work on GBP/JPY as this pair is way too violatile.

Can you post your chart here? From my chart, there isn't any sell signal.

This one is the correct signal. By the way, i can't see your MACD setting. Is it according to the system?

From the chart, it seems like an old signal. I thought you are refering to now. Anyway, there should not be any signals now for both EU and GU.

I am trying this system on a 15min timeframe. Just in time to get a sell signal.
Target price: 20pips since it is a short timeframe or when the MACD starts to diverge.

Actually i entered this signal rather early. I overlooked that the candle actually starts without touching the MACD line yet. Uh oh... Anyway, i place a stop loss of 20pips as well. Just to evaluate this on a 15min TF.

Oh, if some of you notice, i inserted Barry's resistance and support indicator. That can be used as a mean to TP and SL. My personal opinion.

Decide to close my trade at plus 10pips as the price failed to move beyond the support line and started to retrace. Better to be safe than sorry.. Even 10pips are better than 1pip.

For 15mins chart, 20 to 30 pips may be too much to bear. Probably a 10 to 15pips should be the range. The signal is correct.
