February Forex Trading Contest

Prizes	1st Place: $750 ($250 Cash + $500* @ iTradeFX account) 2nd Place: $375 ($125 Cash + $250* @ iTradeFX account) 3rd Place: $175 ($75 Cash + $100* @ iTradeFX account) 4th-6th Place: $40 ($20 Cash + $20* iTradeFX account) *Incentive Disclaimer:  For every $100 USD deposit received in the client’s account, a minimum of 10 standard round turn lots must be traded.  Clients who request a withdrawal of all account funds without meeting the aforementioned requirement may not withdraw the incentive amount.  Incentive amounts are subject to i-Trade FX application approval and funding confirmation.  Applicable incentive funds shall be posted to account within 7 days from client’s funding.  This offer may not be combined with any other promotional offers and requires a minimum deposit of $2,000 USD at account opening.  Client is limited to $1,000 USD in incentives.  i-Trade FX reserves the right to make changes to the above requirements without prior notice. Note:  Cash is paid by www.forexrazor.com and carries no requirements beyond contest ranking.

CONTEST RULES

1. Contestants with a drawdown above 15% will be be disqualified.

2. The demo trading contest is meant to simulate actual live trading.  Demo trading styles that may not execute similarly on a live account are not allowed.  These include but are not limited to scalping or any other strategy having potential to exploit price feed delays and reduced slippage.  Contestants identified as potentially engaging in such activity will not be eligible to win and may be disqualified from future contests depending on situation.

3. News sniping is not allowed.

4. We reserve the right to disqualify contestants for any reason.

5. Contestants may not be disqualified immediately upon engaging in activities for which they could be disqualified.  The trading records of all winners will be reviewed at the end of the contest and if it is decided contestant has breached any Trading Rules the prize will go to the contestant in the next highest place.

6. Contestants and their families, associates, etc. cannot win more then 1 out of 4 consecutive contests, in other words if you win a contest, you cannot win any of the next 3 contests, you may however participate just for fun.
 

Participation

Any individual is eligible to participate in contests provided it is legal in their jurisdiction of residence.  Contest trading is performed on demo accounts to eliminate the risk of loss.  Only one entry per is permitted for each contestant.  Multiple entries for one individual may result in disqualification.

Winners

Winners are the contestants with the the highest account balances at the end of the contest period, provided such contestants have not violated any trading rules and/or been disqualified.  Winners will be posted in the forums and contacted by email for prize claim.

Prizes

Prizes denoted as account equity are issued by the host brokerage firm and may carry requirements prior to funds withdrawal.  Prizes denoted as cash are issued by www.forexrazor.com and may be received via check or paypal.  No requirements exist for cash prizes, but winners must respond to our emails to provide the information necessary for us to make payment.  If such information is not received within 30 days, prize becomes forfeited.

Liability

By entering the contest, contestant agrees we will not be liable for damages of any nature due to contest participation, attempted participation, disqualification, etc.  We reserve the right to disqualify any contestant for any reason.
